The barn holds a maximum of 270 people.
We provide three sizes of tables, white resin chairs, white linens, and various props.
We provide set-up and tear-down of the tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception and work with you to design the layouts during one of our in-person meetings.
We have three sets of corn hole for you and your guests to enjoy.
Depending on your package, you may have access to the Old Stonegate Farmhouse, which we affectionately call Blaine.
We have different size tables available:
· 5-foot round tables that seat 8 guests
· 6-foot rectangle tables that seat 8 guests
· 8-foot rectangle tables that seat 10 guests
· A variety of shabby chic buffet tables
· Built in bar at the back of the barn
· Whiskey barrels
· Bar-height tables
· Large, wooden spool tables
Due to the township noise ordinance, any music has a 11pm hard stop.
Last call for the bartender is 10:30pm.
Last song for the DJ will end by 10:50pm. Lights go on and music ends at 11pm without exception.
Yes, we have three, unique ceremony locations on our 3-acre property from which you may choose.
At your cost, you are welcome to rent a tent in the event of forecasted/potential rain. We have also hosted weddings inside the barn.
Yes! Choose your favorite food and sweet treat caterers, photographer, florist, wedding coordinator
No food for the guests may be prepared on site due to food & safety regulations.
If you plan to offer your guests alcoholic drinks, you are required to use our designated, full-service beverage catering company. Guests will pick from the beer, wine or liquor you choose to offer in an open bar concept. No cash bars are allowed as we do not have a liquor license. “Bring your own” alcohol is not allowed, meaning guests may not bring coolers, etc. All alcohol will be served by the beverage catering company’s TiPS certified bartenders.
We require a non refundable $500 security/damage deposit to hold your event date along with a signed contract.
Yes, we have handicap-accessible bathrooms inside the barn, which were freshly updated in 2023.
